Welcome to DoodlePop.

These Terms apply when you use our website or place an order with us. By purchasing from DoodlePop, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

2. Orders

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Please check your order, delivery address and payment details carefully before completing your purchase.

• We identify an obvious pricing error

• We cannot deliver to the address provided

• We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Where applicable, UK consumer prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

The total price, including any delivery charge, will be shown before checkout.

4. Product Information

We aim to describe and display DoodlePop products accurately.

Minor differences in colour, packaging or appearance may occur.

DoodlePop uses automated technology to turn user prompts into printable creative designs. Generated results may vary and may not always exactly match what the user imagined.

Products should be used in accordance with the supplied instructions and age guidance.

5. Delivery

Orders may be fulfilled directly by our fulfilment partners outside the UK.

Current estimated delivery times are:

• Processing: approximately 1 to 3 days

• Shipping: approximately 6 to 9 days

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occasionally occur due to couriers, customs, seasonal demand, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

UK consumers may have statutory rights to cancel online purchases and separate rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or not fit for purpose.

7. Faulty Products

If your DoodlePop product arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

8. Safe and Appropriate Use

DoodlePop products are intended to be used according to the supplied instructions and recommended age guidance.

Parents or guardians are responsible for providing appropriate supervision.

Do not continue using a product if it appears damaged, defective or unsafe.

9. Website and Brand Content

The DoodlePop name, branding, website content, graphics and original materials belong to DoodlePop or are used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce or commercially use our branding or website content without permission.

10. Customer Content

If you send us reviews, photographs or videos, you keep ownership of your original content.

We will not automatically use identifiable customer content in advertising without appropriate permission.

You must not submit unlawful, abusive or infringing material.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

This includes your statutory consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, except where the law provides otherwise.
